Testimonial
“As my remote internship comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the opportunity to be part of the team and to extend my sincerest thanks for the experiences gained during this period.
Throughout my time here, I had the chance to delve into various aspects of legal cases, and these experiences have broadened my perspective and provided valuable insights into the Law field. I genuinely appreciate the guidance and support I received from the team, which have contributed significantly to my professional growth.
I now have an interest in further exploring industries/professions closer related to refugee work or working with the law in the future. I’m eager to apply the skills and knowledge gained here in my future endeavors, such as developing defense for a case or writing a closing argument, both tasks I had no idea how to approach at inception. Delving into the research needed and exploring the infrastructure in another country from my own are only two of the experiences that are invaluable to me. The challenges presented during my time here have been important teaching moments, and I will carry these lessons with me as I move forward in my career. I also incredibly value the exposure that I have had to South African culture and customs, and hope to visit in the future.
Once again, thank you for this opportunity. I am grateful for the chance to have contributed to your cause and I wish the team continued success in all their endeavors.”
